Nora el Samahy was certified by Ellie Herman at the Ellie Herman Studios Intensive Training in San Francisco in 2002, where she also completed an intensive course in Pilates Rehabilitation taught by Lizz Roman. This training has led Nora to work with people who are looking to move pain free after suffering from repetitive stress injuries, herniated discs, neck injuries, knee injuries, general back pain, and sciatica (among others). Nora's teaching has also spanned from training future instructors to client's whose goals are general body conditioning or toning. Pilates trains the individual to use the body as a whole and Nora's primary goal in teaching is to empower her clients with a sense of body awareness that can be carried into everyday life.

Jennifer Moulton began practicing the Pilates method in 1986 as a ballet dancer trying to improve her vertical jump. She credits Pilates with allowing her many injury-free years as a professional dancer. She rediscovered Pilates in 2002 and became a teacher through Ellie Herman Studios Intensive Training in San Francisco, where she also completed an intensive course in rehabilitation techniques. Jennifer's goal for her clients is that their Pilates practice gives them a greater range of motion, relief from pain, easy erect posture, increased muscle length and flexibility, stronger and deeper breathing, and—without a doubt —greater self-confidence. She is happy to work with people of all ages and skill levels whether athletes, dancers, those suffering from pain or rehabilitating from surgery, pregnant women, or mothers looking to recover their abdominal tone after pregnancy.

Sandi Underwood began Pilates on the advice from a Physical Therapist to "strengthen the core" due to severe back pain from major surgery. Within a month the pain started to subside as her strength increased. After moving from Boston to the Bay Area she decided to focus full time on Pilates. She has been teaching since 2006 and was certified by Ellie Herman at the Ellie Herman Studios in San Francisco in 2007. She has a bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from Northeastern University. Sandi's goal is to teach others the Pilates method, helping people feel better physically in a learning environment that's challenging yet fun.
